They have been repeating this statement with no actual progress. I have already paid ₹30, 000 to them for commission, deviation charges, and "CIBIL effect" charges. Before I made the payment, they were constantly calling me without any delay for the loan process. However, after I paid, they stopped answering my calls. Every time I try to contact them, I am told to wait for 30 minutes, and then their numbers get switched off. This has caused me extreme distress and financial strain, as the amount paid was meant to support my family's expenses. I request that strict action be taken against these individuals, and I urge the concerned authorities to help me recover the ₹30, 000 I paid. They must be held accountable for their fraudulent activities and misuse of trust.
