Ecc Solutions — huge processing charge deduction of 20000 but never processed the loan

Hi,

I requested for a loan online and was contacted by ECC solutions executive Sharmilee on 6th Apr 2024, they confirmed that I qualify for a loan amount of 20 lakh and asked for processing charge of 20000 which I paid, they mentioned that loan processing will take around 3-5 working days, it have been almost a month now and they are coming up with anew excuse everytime, there manager name is Shiva who is never replying with any confirmation kindly take strict action against these cheaters who are running this as a business.This company they have mentioned based out of Chennai.

Even i was facing this issues, i paid 30000 for 10 lkh loan, but still no response from the customer, same thing they were telling 2 to 3 working day loan will credit, almost one month happended. better we can compaint to Behindwood channel, I already compaint about that, soon they will caught..
