Subject: Complaint against ECE Industries Ltd for Deficiency in Service and negligence
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Wish to file a formal complaint against ECE for gross deficiency in service, lack of accountability under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the lift installed at our premises located at D-14/1, Sector 8 Rohini, Delhi 110085
Details of the Complaint:
Poor Service & Frequent Breakdowns:
Despite having an active AMC the lift has been experiencing frequent breakdowns, causing serious inconvenience and safety risks to residents/users. The company has failed to provide timely and effective repairs.
Lack of Scheduled Service:
There is no proper maintenance schedule, and services are not carried out regularly as per the AMC terms. We have repeatedly followed up, but responses have been inconsistent and unprofessional. service is only a formality.in less than 2 year lift has started giving problem. Door remains shut... might lead to an accident with smaller kid etc.
Negligence and Abandoned Material:
For over six months, the company has left lift parts/materials lying at the site, showing a complete lack of commitment to completing pending repairs or upgrades.
No Responsibility or Accountability:
The company’s representatives have shown no sense of responsibility. Calls and emails go unanswered or are delayed, and no definitive timeline is ever provided for resolving issues.
Relief Sought:
In view of the above, I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take necessary action against ECE and direct them to:
Complete all pending repair work immediately.
Provide a defined service schedule and ensure adherence to AMC terms.
Compensate for the inconvenience and negligence suffered due to their deficient service.
