[Resolved]  Ecom Courier Service — product not delivered

I had ordered a product from max online fashion (Landmark online india) on 29 decmbr 2018. They shipping it through ecom courier express... The awb numb is[protected]. When i track the order it is shown that order has reached walayar hubby on 7 january 2019... I had received a call on 7 th january 2019 that it will be delivered on 10 january thursdy... But from there no further phon calls or sms or no news... Also when tracking no further movements from waleyar.. I want to know where is my product... Please make it deliver or give refund from max onlin shopping app... I cant connect the customer service of ecom courier express... When i tried to contact max online service they are asking me to wait for next day always...
