I ordered product from Amazon platform Tracking ID:[protected] in my Bengaluruaddress. After wating for almost a week their platform showing that delivery address is wrong and that courier failed to contact recipient. They told me to contact ecommexpress courier delivery boy on number[protected]. Which turned out to be another customer care number but not delivery agent. Nevertheless i tried to call them but it also failed. Now my delivery stands to be cancelled.
