Eddts Portal — Paid Money But Not getting Response Now

Hello Team,

I have submitted my application through the Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System (eDDTS) on 25th June 2026, and the payment was completed successfully. The application status has remained unchanged for more than 10 days, and it is still showing as under processing.

I had also sent an email requesting an update on the status of my application and the expected processing timeline, but I have not received any response.

These semester-wise marks cards are urgently required for my employer's Background Verification (BGV) process. At the time of application, I was not aware of the transcript option, and my employer had specifically requested individual semester marks cards. Therefore, I applied for the Semester 6, 7, and 8 marks cards separately.
