I am bablu de sarkar, edelwiess staff ashutosh, call me & healthy discuss about your plan 5900 but he active the plan without my permission and any confirmation by mail & message. Then i send mail edelwiess help desk ticket no cip[protected] but any information they closed my complain
So i request u please inquiry the matter

I have been operating edelweiss trading account and investing in mutual funds and small amount in equities as i want to protect my money against any big fluctuations.

Edelweiss account manager came to my house and asked me to invest in options and futures. I have no to little understanding of this instrument. I told him that i am willing to take small risks in terms of less gains.

This person went ahead and invested money on my behalf without my consent at times. I was out for couple of months and realize now that i have lost substantial amount of money. Despite several requests i have not been approached by anyone senior. One person did talk to me and said he will investigate but has not got back to me.

I want to see written proof where i asked edelweiss to invest on my behalf or approval.

I want my money back which they ended up splurging without my consent.

I am ready to take the hit where i allowed the investment. Although it was not explained that i will be loosing big money.

This is the worst form of cheating someone's hard earned money,

Please help.

The zonal manager has cheated me and made me run helter skelter. I want t9 cancel the loan. He promised me that the pre emi cheque will not be presented till the cheques are handed over and took my signatures. But lateron i got to know the cheque has bounced and the bamk has charged me 590 rupees. If i call the manager he said its not his department. Please help

I am a dsa of edelweiss kolkata. One of your employee from sme division kolkata named jit marcharak has used abusive language in my whatsapp & has crossed his limit. Please take necessary actions against him otherwise i will go to higher authority.

I am receiving unnecessary updates on my number which once upon a time belonged to one Anilkumar who was a member/client of Edelweiss, I have called up Edelweiss CUSTOMER CARE thrice till now to inform them i own this number now and not Mr AnilKumar, still i keep getting these messages every morning and throughout the day although i am really not interested in any of their services and neither am i AnilKumar, Request you to please take my number off from your database as it is very disturbing to get your ### messages 10 times in a day.

I have aplay for loan agaist sallary. All documents collected by company representative pranjul his mobile no. Is [protected]. He has show me sanction letter and i have give him signed ecs form and 4-cheques.
Any amount loan not credit in my account till now. Why ecs and cheque present in my account without giving me loan. Please check and do the need full about this fraud.

With reference to the above for your kind information, I finished for last EMI at July month 30th day. After completed EMI, I called in your office not attend the phone calls. I will call 100 times Butnot responding your side. its loan affected for my CIBIL Score. Hello sir, my self anupam shivji soni, this is my 5th complain and i have not yet received any reply, i have given a complain in writing to both of jigar shah and aarti panchal of the complaint department of edelweiss, but there is no use, my complain is against chief manager mr. Nirav shah (Mob;-[protected]), employee mahesh bhai ([protected]) gandhi, rakesh gadvi ([protected]), laxmi waghela, who took cash 23000 rs from me against providing housing loan, and misused my cheque of 25000 rs, when i complain all this to mr nirav shah he firstly attend me nicely and collect all the information from me that whom and how much amount i have given, after that when i call him on his number he shouted at me and said' tum mere employee pe galat ilzam laga rahe ho, agar tumhe loan chahiye to 100 rs ke stamp paper pe likh ke dena hoga ke tumne mere kisi bhi employee ko cash nahi diya hai or in future tum bank ya fir kisi employee pe koi case nahi karoge", mr. Rakesh has threatened me and said'; maine 2 saal hafta vasoli ka kaam kiya hai tum galat admi se pang le rahe ho'.

Am attaching all the proof that they have taken cash from me and signed copy of complain which i have also given to mr jigar shah and arti panchal.
I believe i'll get justice now and you will take strong action against these fraudulents thank you

I have already logged a complaint regarding cancellation of loan account no. Ldel0hl[protected] since 8th may 2018 but still not received any kind of revert from edelweiss.

I am really very disappointed from edelweiss housing finance and company as still i have not received any updates from your company and not even my money.

Its being 4-5 months still i am not getting any response from edelweiss and no one bothers regarding my issues and problem that i am going through.

So please look into this matter and revert at the earliest.

I called so many times as well as mailed for excessive brokerage implied to my account. While any offers come in share market RM used to call to earn their brokerage but when customers called they even not picking up the phone which is very bad sign of good listed company.

But very pathetic service I am getting and am charged by heavy and wrong brokerage. Pls help.

i am very upset with services and the staff is also not giving any response.
that is my very hard earn money. and that home is for my family. because of this i am in deep depression.

Hi, i have applied for personal load with edelweiss, first person i met was saloni bafna from kurla branch, she took all the docs & then gave me sign verification form. I submitted the form to them, only mistake that happened was that form had two signs, but i did that be cause lady at the bank counter told me to do so. I was told once sign verification is submitted... But amount was not transferred i did followup after only getting false response amount will be transferred will reflect. I even spoke to abhishek chakraborty centre head, even he was unable to give proper info, after 8 days i get to knw, that amt was not cleared due to sign issue, so they have not checked the form before submitting that form. Its been 3 days post re-sending sign form still amt not reflecting & i m still getting same response. M not sure when it'll happen... If its not going to happen, give me docs back

Having a trading account with the above company and requested a booklet of cdsl demat account booklet for transfer/donate my shares on the eve of my relatives birthday. The first request has been submitted in dec.2017 and no response from the company. After my e mail reminder they replied that my request has been rejected due to signature difference. They never returned my application. My second request submitted to the company for dis booklet on 13/2/2018 and no response.
After reminder the company said the application also rejected due to signature difference. This application also not returned to me.

I would like to brief that i have difficulty in getting ITR for my family owned business. Reason being that my father expired 15 yrs back. And in the past I have served for 18 yrs as Software engineer in corporate sector

Now I seek loan to explore new avenues simultaneously reviving my inherited businesses. Pl. give the matter due consideration & resolve to proper satisfaction.

Alternatively pl. give reason of refusal of loan so that i can take up the case with senior authorities.

Sir i brought an house lone in edelwiss home lone financial services, in the branch of rs puram, we faille to pay the emi for last 3 months i apologizes that but the branch manager venkadesh and collection officer vijay, this both persons are treed me vary roundly and in bad manner, i faces lot of problems through this people, plz kindly take some action on this people because i suffer lot and lot of problems.

I have never seen worst service like your company because your all sales team member is giving false commitment to the customer and your dsa team. Your sales team rsm also giving false commitment to the customer and his relationship manager sent wrong utr number to the customer and always said you will receive fund but not giving time

Edelweiss group has an account with consumer complaints that has been inactive for 3 years approx. We want to reactivate the account but unfortunately, we don’t have any records of its login credentials. Please help us with getting the account back or we would like you to close it so that we can open a new account. Or else, please share a procedure that will help us to reactivate or shut down the account completely.

I am getting messages about some negetive account balance. I have never opened any account with edelweiss.
I once got a call and i told the caller that i do not have any account with edelweiss but still i am getting messages.
Even the email id mentioned in the message is incorrect.
I have tried to contact edelweiss but not able to contact them.
This is complete harrasement.

I am continuously getting emails and communication from edelweiss and asking me to pay the outstanding amount of rs3300 to them for account about which i don't have any information.
After asking to customer care about this outstanding amount and communication they told me to deposit the amount.
I am not know to this demat and infact i never done trading on any of the platform ever. Please help me getting rid of this unknown account and false bill which has been generated on my name.
