Dear sir,
I have taken the policy from edelweiss general insurance for my vehicle HR38AC7247Which got accident and brought to workshop on 15 june and initially the surveyor took 10 days for the verification and now since 15 days it's ready on the workshop and we are again waiting for the approval every week edelweiss surveyor is giving us time for next week could you help us here on the approval so that I can take my vehicle back from 2 months it's tough to me getting the emi arrangement and now it's a kind of torture for me. Sir please this time help for the approval next will make sure i will never choose edelweiss general insurance.Also let me know the escalation matrix in case if want me to raise it to next level.
