I was previously associated with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance and resigned on 14th May 2025. My resignation was accepted, and I received the Cessation Certificate on 21st May 2025 (attached).
However, my IRDA agent code is still active, which is delaying my joining with a new organization that requires the code to be inactive.
