I have purchased a project for my final year. My order details are

I paid Rs 9360 for ready made kit and components both. But they sent me only components and as I call them they just say we will send you.. Even after calling the manager they ignore it. And now manager don't lift my calls. They just play with our career. They are fraud. Please help me sir.
