Hi sir,
Yesterday, i have made an online order of bluetooth speaker at 2.54pm worth rs.1439.20 and make online payment from my sbi account. However, the order has not been confirmed and the amount deducted from my account.
As i have contacted to edigisales customer care no - [protected], one of their executive told me that the order has not been placed and he will refund me through google pay and send me a sms of yes bank upi registration from contact no-[protected] and told me to resend it to contact no-[protected] for successful registration.
As soon as i have sent the sms amount of rs.8200.00 has been deducted from my account, but i have not shared any otp or password to them.
After that i have tried to contact them many times, but no respond from their end.
I have attached the screenshot of sms which i received and which i have sent. Kindly look in to the matter and please help me to get the refund of rs.9639.20.
