I've joined Edubridge as a Trainer in the month of June’21. And on November’21 the Project Manager Mr. Mainak Saha offered me for Business Partnership. Mr. Mainak Saha assured me that this company will provide the 100% placement for each student in the banking sector through the Placement Manager. But after working with them for a month, I realized that there are only 2 placement managers but about 6000 students. So it’s not possible for them to arrange so many placements. I often requested the project manager to hire one or two more placement managers. But he didn't care.
The need of Edubridge's own portal for citi 60hrs BCBF course under NSDC was initially a little doubtful as NSDC has its own portal. Edubridge used Elite and Disprz. Most of the time there was a problem in elite, resulted Trainers couldn’t update the attendance of students. As the days went by, the whole thing became clear. I started to understand that by showing less attendance, tranche sharing will be less or not.
Edubridge introduced an Organization named Udyogini for its own business and sent me an agreement letter on behalf o[censored]dyogini asking me to sign. We haven't seen any o[censored]dyogini's people during this tenure. After the end of March 31st, our doubt about Edubridge became clear. Sending just a little payment and after that showing excuses. There is no attempt to place any students. Most of the time, if students call them, they do not pick the phone or switch it off. I have mailed a lot, but did not get any reply yet. Even though I inform Mr. Mainak Saha that I’ll take legal action, they're still showing reckless attitude. I informed the whole matter to Senior Project Manager Mr. Subhamoy Roy. But I did not get the expected answer from him.
So I want to take legal action against Edubridge, so that they are obliged to pay my dues immediately and I’m demanding financial compensation for the metabolism that has put me in a dilemma by neglecting the students about their job placement.
