Education Department — Delay in getting joining orders to join the school

I was selected as ret teacher in 2010 in govt middle school charrah.
Zone:-baljarallan,
Teh.&district:-rajouri,
State:-jammu and kashmir
Village:-dalhori
But vikay sharma made a writ petition in high court jammu.
After 4 yrs high court dismissed the petition filed by vikay sharma.
The hon'ble mr. Justice dhiraj singh thakur said that the petitioner was himself was ineligible, he wouldn't have any locus to challenge the process of selection by way of the present petition. Court case was dismissed on[protected]


But director office jammu doesn't give me joining orders to join the school tillnow. Plz do something for me.
