Education India — fake assurance of providing a job

Sir on 27th june'2016 i have paid an amount of 30000/- to mr rahul rathod who gave me an assurance of getting me a job in top mnc. Once i had paid the amount i haven't received any further communication nor did he get me a job. He runs this on the name of educationindia. Please help me out to get my money back. I visited his office two to three times but that person was not available. Even a week back i have sent a mail seeking response from their side but didn't receive any kind of revert from them
