I had been working as a english teacher since five years in alphonsa sr. Sec. School wardha maharashra. Without giving any prior notice they have terminated me.in 2014 i joined the school and every year they promoted me as a class teacher. Recently i had been a class teacher of class 10.in the month of may they have given me discontinue letter which shocked me a lot telling that my performance was not good. But if i see the results of my class and my subject was 100% every year and there was even not any complaint from students and parents. My request is only that is there any job security for the private school teachers ya to increase the payment the management is throwing teachers out.
