[Resolved]  Elixir Training Services Pvt Ltd — Refund

I had applied for the M.A.D Live Center in the month of August 2011 in favour of my wife Mrs. Maria Menezes and had also given a signed request letter. With the request letter a Cheque of Rs. 100000/= Cheque No 26544 "Elixer Trading Services" cleared on 15th September 2011. Due to my wife health we had to withdraw the request for M.A.D Live Center to be opened in Dombivli on rent as she was pregnant. We have informed Mr. Arun Singhvi personally in his office by my Wife Mrs. Maria Menezes immediately after the doctor advised her bed rest. Thereafter we have not signed any consent letter nor any person has contacted both o[censored]s regarding the opening of center in Diwali 2011 as scheduled. I was advised by Mr. Arun that the refund procedure will be initiated within the next few days after informing the Pogo Authorities about the refund as our problem was genuine and clear and the refund would be done as soon as possible. Its almost 1 1/2 year i have been calling up Mr. Arun and a new person Mr. Ajinkya regularly about the 1 Lakh refund cheque and every month end i have promised the cheque would come to me. I have been regularly emailing on [protected]@elixir.org.in but they dont reply me. Now they have stopped calling receiving my call. Pune is very far to travel from mumbai and there is no gurantee they will speak to me. Now the mumbai office has been shifted. Every month, every day i have calling, but now i am been said that Mr. Arun Singhivi has been retired by himself, but he still seems to work there may be as a director or i don't know. It seems i have lost the hard earned money by this cheats who take up big company's name like Cartoon network & Pogo Channel Mad live name and rob the people money. I dont know how many have been cheated by this Elixer Training Services Pvt Ltd, They advertise regularly in leading newspaper about their Pogo Mad Live Centre Summer Camp for children. I am only asking for my money back.
