This is mohammed parvez, and i accomplished my b.com. Degree in the year of[protected]. And i applied for convocation on 6th april 2009. But still i din't get my convocation, and for this issue i went to university and college also but nobody responding to me i tried several times but am failed to get my convocation in legal way. And i lost my job offers in abroad for this negligence from university of gulbarga. When i asked to university clerk he was saying that he already sent my convocation, when i checked with college clerk nothing in college inward section. So please help me and justify me. Because am unemployed since and before completion of my degree. Am a eldor and responsible person of my family but i couldn't support financially to my family because of this only. So please help me.
