I was approved for an educational loan for Rs 106801 from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited in July 2021. The loan application number is 9832101 / A[protected]. Eduvanz Financing Pvt Ltd is the loan processing agent. The EMI is Rs 8901. I am finding that while the monthly EMI is deducted on the 5th of each month from my savings account, Eduvanz has been processing the payment 25 days late each month. This late payment has been reported by Fullerton to the credit bureaus, and my CIBIL score has been reduced to Average from Excellent. I have reported it to Eduvanz several times but no action has been taken from their end. They have not contacted me to resolve the issue either. Request your help to ensure Eduvanz is more proactive in their processing and in the response.
