Eezeecart — Product payment received but order not delivered

Dear Sir, Eezeecart executive had called me & tell about laptop combo along with free gift and as discussed with their account department Mr.hussain i had booked my order. After payment received by them they are neither responding properly to my phone calls neither they will dispatch my product. After number of mail communication they are not responding. SOme times they confirm that products had dispatched but in another day they told that it will be dispatched in next working days. Pls suggest me how to resolve this problem.
