I have taken GST suvidha centre franchisee since 2021 but very much disappointed from assigned Relationship Manager. They are not bothered to response properly. Major problem on understanding. This is GST suvidha centre but I will not found any expertise/dedication to get GST registration done positively from deputed team. Very much bad experience from Accountant Mr. Sonu Sharma & RM Mr.Nazar.
Also I observe they are denying to reach out us to their higher management. Multiple follow up I have taken escalation matrix from this team. But till date I have not received any acknowledgment on call/email confirmation from higher up team on raised query. Then what is the use of sharing any escalation matrix if no response. There should be some single point higher up contact required if issue not get resolve from Customer care no as well as RM
I want to address one incident.. I have initiated one GST registration where we have provide all required details to this concern team (Major Problem with Mr. Sonu Sharma). then also they have updated company email ID while doing GST registraion. why company email ID registered instead of shared client email ID. It means they are misleading client to do return filling of work. & also I have to do major follow to share client credential to client end... In who's permission company email ID updated instead of shared client email id. If client is paying for registration then all end to end details should be shared with client default mode. Team cannot manipulate to client if registration done from company then return filling mandatory from company. This is client look out where he has to do gst return filling. Last registration I have highlighted accountant Mr. Sonu Sharma issue on mail so that this time registration I have got lack of support/observe negligence to get my client new registration positively finally GST registration rejected & client didn't get any refund... Multiple time I have requested to change Accountant but yet to see action on the same.
Also ticket portal is there to address our issue but till date ihave not get any satisfactory response from there... Very munch bad support.
Expecting positive action on changing accountant (Mr. Sonu Sharma) while addressing on this forum. which response we never get on email with escalation matrix.
Hoping accountant will get change...
Very very Very much disappointed.
