I purchased the Forbes Robotic LVac Model a few years ago for ₹30, 000, expecting long-term reliability and continued support from Eureka Forbes. However, I recently discovered that the EFL Forbes Robo App, which is essential for operating 90% of the vacuum's features, has been left nonfunctional and unsupported for more than a year.

Without the app, users cannot perform key functions such as setting cleaning schedules, changing modes, or accessing remote navigation, making the vacuum practically useless. Instead of fixing critical bugs, the app appears to have been intentionally left broken—forcing users toward purchasing newer models.

This lack of accountability and planned obsolescence is unfair to loyal customers who expected reasonable software support for their devices. Eureka Forbes needs to immediately restore functionality to the app or provide an alternative way for users to access essential controls.

I demand proper resolution for this issue, as it affects hundreds of consumers who trusted the brand. If no corrective action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this complaint further through consumer protection forums and legal channels.
