I have bought 1 LCD Screen + 1 Touch Screen, Touch Screen OK in LCD Screen They written something and marks cannot be removed when i have sent for replacement they have inform me that the parcel has been damaged and the screen is broken, i think they have cheating me. if the screen is clear without writing anything why i want to sent for replacement. so no body purchase online in efundoo.com Was this information helpful? |

Subsequently, Efundoo.com was shipped me the product ON 26.08.2016 by India Post tracking number ER324446904IN. And I had received the product on 30.08.2016.
Immediately after receiving the product I went to mobile mechanic for replacement the new one. But the mechanic was on primary examine he stated me that it is a wrong product so he was advised me to return the product.
On the view of the above I decided to return the product to Efundoo.com under the company's refund rules. As such I have filed a refund request in the company's web site on the same day I receipt the product i.e. on 30.08.2016.Subsequently after receiving a return confirmation from Efundoo.com Authority by email I was shipped the product to Efundoo.com on 31.08.2016 according to their terms conditions and address as specified in their return confirmation. I was shipped the product to Efundoo.com by India Post under tracking number EO752337486IN which was already received by Efundoo.com ON 03/09/2016 at 17:54:00. as per the tracking result of Indian Post.
That, from 03.09.2016(i.e. date of receiving return of product) to till date I have been filed several return request to Efundoo.com on their web site as well as by email but Efundoo.com did not refund my money till date. Further they have showing my status in their website that "AWAITING PRODUCT” in response to every refund request and they are not receiving my phone calls. Once only I received a phone call from Efundoo.com and they told me that we will refund you very soon after verifying the product at their end. Since date my refund has not yet been processed by Efundoo.com Authority till date.
On the above circumstances I would like to request the Efundoo.com Authority to refund my money as early as possible otherwise I will go for legal proceeding before the appropriate forums for my refund please. you are a scam company in India supplying useless product to the customer and not refunding customers after returned of product by the customers .UMAMANI MISHRA.
