Efw By Fathima — Undelivered product, not issuing refund.

I ordered a saree worth Rs.1993.95 from this site called 'efw by fathima' on 3rd July, 2026. From the review and brand reputation I thought it was a genuine and legit brand. But after confirmation of order, they stopped responding to all mails and phone number. When I tried calling them from a diiferent contact number, they picked and told me that the order will be dispatched in the last week of july. But on 22nd July, they mailed me saying that the product that I ordered is out of stock and asked me to order any other product instead of my chosen product. Now since I ordered only with my email id and contact number, I was unsure how to order it. Since then I've been calling them and mailed them too but they are not responding to my calls and mails. There is no other way of contacting them. Hence now I don't know how to get my money back. And later I got to know that they did the same things with other customers too. The advertisements they do on their website is completely fake it seems.
