I ordered lehenga from ejaaz coutoure. The company is based out of delhi
Mr saurabh accepted my order and i transferred half amount that is 37500/- in the favour of ejaaz couture. On 24th jan.2019
They didnt give me bill kr email and said once full payment is done only then they can issue bill
Lehenga original price 75000/-
They promised to give by 4-6 weeks
That is 1st week of march 8 th march i called up and asked them for delivery
They didn't bans d call and said its not ready over the msges and need more week time and
By 10 they will dispatch it
They neber dispatch my brithers wedding got over also still lehenga was not ready
Now when i am asking my money they are not giving me my money back
And blaming me that i didn't give them sufficient time and the loss also i have to bear as there is no return policy in their company
They are fraud
And cheaters
There are many peoole saurabh and nisha and also there are many people who calls and they don't even tell me their name as they now said that whatever i can do i can do nothing and i will neber get my monsy back
