Ekanshi Collections — Regarding Return and Refund Issue

I had purchased a Salwar Suit from an Instagram Seller named "Ekanshi Collection " on condition of return and refund in case of Quality / Size / Defect Issue. The cost of porduct was Rs 850 which I paid through phoe pay but the delivered product was defective and poor quality and bad stiched as well as size issue, The selled refuse to accept the return and started scolding and abusing which felt me cheted and metally disturbed. Please help.
