Ekart Logistics / Art Valley — Wrong Item Delivered & Suspected Fraud COD 999 Not Matching Product

I received a parcel via Ekart Logistics in Pune under Tracking ID SRSC[protected] and paid ?999 as Cash on Delivery.

However, when I opened the parcel, I found:
- The product inside is completely different (a locket-type item)
- Inside the package, there was another invoice/label with a different person's name: Sunil Kumar (Bihar)
- That invoice shows an amount of ?699, which does not match my payment

This clearly indicates a wrong delivery and possible fraudulent activity.

I request:
1. Immediate investigation of this issue
2. Pickup of the incorrect item
3. Full refund of ?999

I have photographic proof of the outer package, inner invoice, and product received.

If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter legally through consumer court.

Kindly resolve this urgently.
