I placed an order through a vendor who shipped via Ekart Logistics. The shipment (Tracking ID: SPOP[protected]) was created on June 3, 2026 from Pazhayannur and has been stuck in a delivery loop within Bangalore for 8 days without a single delivery attempt.
The parcel has been repeatedly bouncing between MotherHub BLR, BCBLRIPC BCB BLR, and PrashanthLayout LDP facilities with no contact from any delivery agent. No calls were made to me, no delivery was attempted.
All customer care numbers provided by Ekart are non-functional. Emails to their support addresses bounce back as undeliverable. There is no working escalation path available to end customers.
