Ekart Logistics Wrong Delivery — Wrong delivery

I took delivery of a product thinking my wife had ordered. She is presently not in India. I paid 1, 499 via gPay on 1.5.23 early afternoon, and took delivery of the product. I didn't call her then as it in the middle of the night in the U.S. When I checked with her in 4 hours time she said she did not order this item. Later the same evening I went to your outlet on New BEL Road, Bangalore. They said I should not have taken delivery. Many times my wife has ordered online and there has been no problem.
I have been requesting your outlet for a refund and return of this non-ordered item. They say the third party is not ready for this.
Kindly help me out in getting my refund and collecting the unwanted item ( a brown women's lingerie.
