My government laptop is not working for the last 2 months. I am trying to getting the free service of elcot. But madurai branch send me to dindigul. But dindigul service centre owner is not taking my call. If i call from new number he attends and say, " i am leave for 10 days, contact me after 10 days". He is repeating the same answer for the last 2 months. I am totally vexed. The elcot customer care ([protected]) also is not response for my call. I think they changed their number. What do i do?
