I ordered a LCD screen display for Asus Google Nexus 7 Tab on 30th May 2021. I received the LCD screen for an older model. I contacted the customer care a number of times to replace it and sent/uploaded all the photographs of my tab and the incorrect spare part that I received. But on 22nd June 2021, they denied saying that we will not replace because different model has been ordered. I specifically checked on their website before placing an order but no year of the product was mentioned and the photograph shown on the order was completely matching my product. How can the company deny a replacement. I requested them to take the product back and replace the money but they said it's against their policies
