Eldeco Properties — worst construction quality , maintenance and customer assistance.

The MD of Eldeco, the other members ...anyone or anything relating to Eldeco are unreliable. The construction quality is the worst. They sell houses claiming they are earthquake proof and yet their flooring is so weak that the tiles randomly pop out.
U can only imagine what the quality of the building is.
IT IS DANGEROUS TO LIVE UN AN ELDECO HOME.

The entire team has no spine, they do not respond to people who raise genuine issues, no maintenance responsibility, no assistance in case of advice required. NOTHING. Once they sell the house to you they just hand over their substandard and poorly built homes and take your money. Post that they DONT CARE.

I have been trying to get in touch with the management and the great Mr.Pankal Bajaj but apparently he doesn't even have an assistant or the time or decency to check emails and help people who are stuck with their homes.
The entire flooring of my house is just popping out for NO reason Nd the same for many others in my society and the entire management is JUST NOT BOTHERED.
They say the maintenance "warranty" on their terrible quality expires in two years post possession.
It is a joke, even Air-conditioners come with more warranty than that now a days.

I am desperately seeking help as with children in the house and elders it is dangerous if you cannot even walk around safely in your home.
