[Resolved]  Electron Outsource Company — complaint against data entry frauds

My name is Govind Waghmare I signed an agreement with ELECTRON OUTSOURCE COMPANY on 20th december 2019 and the party that contacted me, contacted me with the number ([protected]/[protected]).
They asked me to install a software named "agreement software" and driving license or any id proof as identity proof, they asked me to click on the upload signature option in the application and upload my signature and i did. After that i got a verification call, i answered the call and they were talking too fast, i asked them to slow down, and when they did, i was asking them about the doubts i had, they cut the call, the lady from the above-mentioned number called me and asked me to say yes to everything in the verification call and in case if any problems arises in the future, she asked me to contact her. The verification call came, i said yes to everything. Soon after that, i got my work but that work is to much critical feels like fake.
I was supposed to complete 1200 forms within 8 days. they give us some information winch is in cursive writing like a paragraph and we have to i have fill in that form which hard because that paragraph is impossible to read. so after that i had doubt about that agreement and i searched about that on google and you tube and i was shock there are multiple complains against them. so i quickly called to that lady and i said i want to cancel that work due to some reasons but they were asking about money i have to pay 9400rs for utility charges. but i said them i will not pay any money then call ends after 9 days.
Today morning, i got a call from an unknown number [protected].his name was Avinash Deshmukh, and that ELECTRON OUTSOURCE COMPANY was taking legal action against me if i don't pay them 9400 rupees. I got scared, but i asked her for her professional details. i asked him about his Companies ministry of corporate affairs certificate and companies details but he not giving me he just try to threat me and confusing me about that legal action .and he said that i had to submit a written vakalatnama (Whatever that is) to her for her to release the details.

Then after a few minutes, i got an email from which was the soft copy of the legal notice. I got scared. It looked legit. It said that i had to pay rs9400+rs4500. I was like why? I called them back on that number, a guy picked up, i asked him about the extra 4500 rupees he said it was their legal fees and i had to pay it for ELECTRON OUTSOURCE COMPANY . I asked him for his enrollment number he said something which i couldn't hear properly so i kindly asked him to send the enrollment number to my whatsapp. All he said was "i'll see you in court". I couldn't eat, couldn't drink, didn't know what to do. I had no money to pay them. I went for lunch, couldn't eat, came back up and decided to look at it from a different angle.

I googled the name Avinash Deshmukh, he is very famous advocates. with help of google i Found Mr. Avinash Deshmukh of just dials Website so i contact him on whats app and i asked him like ( sir are you dealing with any ELECTRON OUTSOURCE COMPANY case so he said 'NO' he said: he is out of India) so i got conform that, the person who is talking me on whats app he is fake.
The address on the legal notice, i think its a fake because i couldn't find it on google maps. and he didn't mention the name of his firm, or his contact number.
I checked the internet for the legal notice formats and found that it was important for the advocate to mention his contact number. If he was an advocate, he'd have known that. There was a logo on the right, it just said lawyer, no name of the firm. I took a closer look at the logo and found that there was watermark on the logo. Which sensible lawyer would do that? He pirate downloaded the logo which was on sale on the website https://www.stockunlimited.com/vector-illustration/lawyer-logo-element_1982955.h...⇄
And, yes, i did record the conversation with jayesh (Half recorded) and dhruti.

By then i knew it was a scam, i told them that i will pay the amount and asked her to give the bank account to which i had to transfer the amount to your account but he is asking for my debit card so that he will deduct the amount he was saying send your debit card photo from both side and also send the otp . otherwise i will take legal against you and i will froward the notice to the court. but i said to them i will not comfortable to send my debit card information, they just threatening me by that agreement.
Now i just need to confirm if they are fake, i know they are, but still, i need assurances from you guys, can you all please help me?
