I ordered a hair instyler from teleskyshop, from the site :-

on 3rd September 2013, and recieved it on 10th.
The price then was Rs. 2100.
order no. : BD 68725

However, the instyler is broken and not in usable condition.
Also, there is no tag certifying that the product is made in USA, as claimed on their site.
I tried to complain on the number provided to us, but was told the complain could not be registered as there was a meeting on that day.
so, i sent a mail to them, of which they did not answer.
then again I tried to call them, but the numbers given in contact us :

are both invalid. they do not exist.
