This complaint is against the so called India's largest furniture showroom "Damro Furniture", Warehouse Shopping Complex, Thavakkara, Kannur, I have bought a L shaped Sofa in Dec 2010 paying 40,000 INR after One and half year the Sofa was terribly worn out, when contacted the showroom the customer care executive said its because of it extensively used ?? Wondering than WHAT IS IT MEANT FOR?? after lots of negotiation they have agreed to replace it but the COST SHOULD BE BEARD by me..after delivering the Sofa to the showroom for repair they didn't contact for 3 weeks and again after lots of repeated calls they repaired it charging 1500 INR, The Sofa look pathetic as they used the material which is cheap and completely different from the actual color, it looks like they just did it because they have to do it.

I had a terrible experience, lots of frustration dealing with this retail showroom, beware they don't care after the sale..request everyone NOT TO BUY anything from Damro Kannur Showroom, Thavakkare Road..If you need more information on this you can always contact me at[protected]
