[Resolved]  mahindra powerol ups — Battery Complaint

My Concern Name is Swastik Power Point, I deal with Mahindra HUPS and Batteries. The Batteries supplied by Mahindra has 20 Months warranty Period and incase of any problem in warranty book its been mentioned for Free Replacement. As a dealer proper maintenance to the battery is provided. After the installation within 15 Months to 19 Months the 3 of my customers battery had lost its energy (not giving a backup time of 15 minutes), when sent for replacement the local distributor and authorized service center named SS Power Services at erode taken the all my 3 batteries for service.
After 3 days I got a call that the problem is fixed so I can take my battery back, From my previous experience as a looser, I said I want to check my batteries. They allowed me to test and all my 3 batteries failed and hadn't given a backup time of more than 25 minutes in test. So I refused to take the batteries.
Service Point Staff then started blaming on us for non maintenance of distilled water. I asked them if its been not maintained properly why had you called and said that the problem is fixed. They don't even have an exact equipment to check the battery's conditions. They said they will send the batteries to responding company (Prestolite). I Tried to contact the South Zone Branch office of Prestolite Battery (Phone no.[protected] but the phone number is not in use which is printed in warranty book of Prestolite Battery and distributed by Mahindra & Mahindra.
Now after 2 days the sales & service incharge person of Mahindra & Mahindra named Ramesh from Coimbatore made a call and said that the warranty is rejected for poor maintenance. When I questioned they said that 2 cells of batteries was dry at the time when I handed over the battery. Yes that's true and the problem is, it was dry within one and half months after we filled the distilled water. So I asked how all other 4 cells have distilled water if there is a non maintenance. They didn't replied me and said that the batteries are rejected. I asked for a report and reason of rejection for free replacement from company side, Had'nt received yet. All kind of rejection are made with just the report given by local distributors without any proper equipments to check the batteries. Batteries Stays at Erode service point still without checking physically they are trying to give us a false information without having any standard equipments.
