Hi - i want to warn you about this company and their call center guys. They are trained to make a huge promises to the clients in order to close the deal at any cost. I enquired about screen replacement of my mi4 phone. One of the call center guys manish quoted me 2500/- for original part and with lifetime warranty. I negotiated it down to 2300/-. I asked him to call me the next day to pick my phone. He called me again and when i doubled checked the already agreed upon price, he mentioned 2700/-. When i reminded him about 2300/- he refused any such commitment. When they can not keep their words at initial level, how can they stick to lifetime written warranty thing. Who is going to run after them with written warranty. Please refrain from taking any services from them. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
