I placed an order on 11 Aug 2020 with declaration on order page for delivery within 5 days but now it is more than 10 days and no information on the status of my order.

Tracking page says details will be mailed within 48 hrs and its the same since i placed the order.

There is no contact information or email where we can contact them.

I paid 706 indian rupees and now realise i have been cheated.

I got a call from a person addressing himself as Epson representative on 26 Aug.
He was talking in Tamil and also asked me if i can speak Tamil.
It was really hard to understand him on call. After few minutes, the call got disconnected.
I tried calling back several times but it's not reachable.
I am sharing the number from which i got the call.

I have placed an order with you on 11Aug 2020 for EPSON printer (order number :1191) till now not received and I already paid for that. If you people are not ready to deliver I will go for the further legal proceedings.
already contacted with Shopify for more clarification

I have placed an order on August on 15th my order number is 1923 for Epson injket printer till now there is no response inform me that my order will deliver or not
In your page you mentioned that it will be delivered in 4 to 6 business days I have already paid the payment why you are delaying to deliver my product plz inform me that when it will deliver
Your tracking I'd is showing your order will be shipped in 48 hours
Inform me that when my order will be shipped and when it will be delivered

I booked my order number # 2078 on August 16 but I have not yet received my item nor received any satisfactory reply nor my refund for 48 hours on tracking the order.

Me also with the same, i alaso placed the inket printer on august 11 with order no, they said that deliver in 4-6 working days. But still now no response

The biggest cheater- Elecxhub.com

I have purchased an item from Elecxhub.com on 25.08.2020. I have paid INR999.0 to them. The payment was successful and. Got a confirmation mail followed by the successful payemt.

Now, today when I was trying to check the shipping status or trackimg the shipment, I was landed on a page that states that there s no wbsite or market palace namely Elecxhub.com.

Further, I tried to access their store again and eneded upwith the same message.

Now, I believe that my money got wasted and I got cheated.

But, my question is to Shopify that, how you people let these cheaters use your market place? It's very disturbing for your brand value and trust.

I'm officially posting this to make other users aware of this cheaters and to stay away from elecxhub.com.
