Hi, I have purchase Sony music system from this store last year. I had issue with one of the system and i have given for repair along with the bill and warranty card to the Store. Then He had replaced both back side two boxes and asked for 500 Rs during warranty time and i didn't gave. During that time i have forgot to collect the bill. Just after 2 months both back side boxes had issue and when i went to the store he told me to directly to go sony service center. I went there but they asked me bill and i was not having it. Then i went to elegant and asked for bill but he started playing with me by saying call me tomorrow, this day, that day. Finally he told he can't provide me xerox or duplicate bill of my music system. I have recorded all the call with him. I need justice and the person have been wasting my time and patience. I want to teach him a lesson by your help.
