I recently ordered a CosyPajama 3 Piece Set through Eleganty website. Ordered on 10th of December

I received a mehak woollen leggings. There is no address provided on the eleganty website due to which I am unable to return. As per their return policy a 30 days period is provided in return. There is no contact number is given which is making me unable to raise my concern. Only thing which is given is their email id, to which they are not responding. They have no contact information and are ignorant towards the emails. On the courier packaging also, there is no address mentioned for returning. In place of address, the company name is mentioned.
I spent Rs. 1000 in cash through (COD). Kindly help me to get my refund.
