Elgi Ultra — Duramix

I had purchased a a mixer grinder by name Duramix 750 from Elgi ultra on amazon three years back the mixer had 3 steel jars initially the mixer was good, And now the duramix mixer grinder performance is not bad but worse
all the three steel jars are leaking and one jar is tight if put on the mixer it does not run at all it has got struck
And coming to the mixer part its makes a lot of sound and the neighbors came to our home and shouted at us and instructed not to switch on the mixer. The mixer was making lot of sound and all persons at home are also facing inconvenience due to sound.
So i called up the company and raised a complaint, the technician came and checked the mixer and jars and told the jars can be repaired and would cost around rupees 1500 but the motor cannot be repaired as the production had stopped and spares are not found. Now i really do not know what to do, the company does not repair the motor and i cannot use this mixer.
So i too have thought not to buy any ELGI Ultra product and i request all the people not to buy any ELGI Ultra product as the company will not repair it when you require it. the mixer grinder is useless now and i should not have bought paying rupees 7500 three years back, if i had purchased some other company mixer at much cheaper price i would'nt have gone through these hardship
