I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father, K.M. Gopalakrishnan from Calicut, regarding the unprofessional and fraudulent services of Elite Elevators.
We trusted their claims of providing a premium lift with Italian technology and parts manufactured in Italy. They assured us that the installation would be completed within 14 working days of making the full payment. Accordingly, we made the full payment on October 21, 2024, but to date, the lift is still not installed.
To make matters worse, we discovered that the parts used are locally sourced from Chennai and Kerala, instead of the promised international components. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of contract. Their delays have caused:
Significant setbacks in the construction of our house.
Financial losses and additional stress to our family.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to deliver on their promises or resolve the issue. We have now filed a case in the Consumer Protection Court against Elite Elevators for their fraudulent practices.
We demand the following:
1)A full refund of ₹1168200.
2)Removal of all their components and items from our property.
3)Compensation for the delays and financial losses caused by their negligence.
I urge others to be cautious while dealing with Elite Elevators and not fall for their false promises.
