Elite Group Of Loyalty Services — elite group not providing services

They have been asked for membership and has paid 60k for their 10 membership in october 2018. Whenever we call or send the email they tells only story and promises that all your complaint and grievances will be attended and will be resolved.
I even asked to refund the money, they simply tells it is against company policy..
This company not providing services. Customer service people not lifting calls and cheating public. Please do some thing on that company and return my money sir. Please do the needful

We have taken that service from elite group before the package start they left mumbai each and every office we gave 1lacs rupees to them now help us to find out they are not picking up calls everyone's phone is comong switchd off
