Elite Group Of Loyalty Services — fraud company selling fake holiday membership

We took a package on 8th dec' 18 for 1lacs but we paid 25000/- to experience their services. Whenever we call or send email or meet them personally they tells all sorts of stories and promises that all your complaint and grievances will be resolved. But they never resolve any of our complaints.
I have been calling them from last two months, but no response came from their side. Also i've emailed them but no response on that as well. I want my full refund as i am not getting any services they promised to provide us. Now the customer care number is switched off and their email id says the address is invalid and the office in malad (Mumbai) is also closed now.
