Elite Group Of Loyalty Services — membership cancellation and refund | |||
Dear sir/ madam, We took a membership with elite group of loyalty services, hyderabad on 05feb2019 and paid a membership fee of 1lakh inr on the same date. The company deals with hospitality services related to holiday bookings and resorts. After the payment is done, when we try to reach the customer care either 1. The customer care is not available or 2. They provide harsh response to our queries. Looking at the same we wanted to cancel our membership and request a refund for the amount paid. Now, none of their contact mediums are working and we are left with no help. Can you please help us resolve this issue. Awaiting your quick response. The company was not responded on phone when there's change the mobile number no intimation to the customers, why can't they intimate to the customers
