Elite Image Private Limited — It is Fraud company

ELITE IMAGE PRIVATE LIMITED cheated me in the name of data entry job and took 20, 000 from me as security deposit . And they gave 300 pages assignment and i submitted that assignment before last date of assignment submission and they have to pay 18, 000 for that assignment. My salary credit date they mentioned was[protected], still i didn't got my payment also. I spent 20 days to complete the assignment and i worked hardly 10 hrs per day.
This company is cheating like we are registered under MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS like that. They cheated number of like me now their website also not working. They are not giving any response to our mails, calls. I trusted this this company only because of which is registered under MCA. Please help us i have all proofs.

Full Description:- This company has taken advance of 20000/- with the assurance that advance will be returned back after 1 month. Had joined this company on 10/Dec/2020. After joining the company, they(Ananya Patra -HR of EliteImage) provided the first assignment and the last date of submission was 28.12.2020. After completing the assignment, had sent assignment's back to the them on 28/Dec/2020 to this email id [protected]@eliteimage.net. But so far i am not hearing anything from them, nor they have provided the assured first month salary, nor they have returned back the advance, they have told initially. Instead their website "https://www.eliteimage.net" is going to error page now and i am not hearing any response from them.

Desirable resolution:- Refund my advance(20000/-)

Elite Image Private Limited is a fraud company. It has cheated me too. I have sent an legal notice through "On line Legal India", "https://www.onlinelegalindia.com/". Their service charge is nominal. Please don't let it go. Only if you all joint hands, you can make the case strong. And also ensure they don't cheat other innocent people too. They should be bought to justice.

I also got cheated. I paid 20000 and submitted the work within 10 days. Those ### people are not responding and their website is down and their mobile number is not working.

This is fake company. Same thing is happen to me also.. First I pay 20000 to ellite image private then they assign 300 pages I completed that but no use..
