Dear sir,
I have purchased products from their website www.theinstle.com which is sister company of the opulent store.
I have paid 52, 000.00 rupees to them and it has been more than 5 months i have not received any product and also none of them are reply on whatsapp or attending my calls.
This company is a fraud and cheating customers.
I had two orders placed to them.
Below are the order numbers

I have attached the whole conversation which was on whatsapp and they are just making fool and after they receive the money they stop replying.
I have asked them to refund my money back and they said that they will definitely deliver the products but they have not delivered any of the products.
Please give me a solution for this fraud as i am a small earning person.
They have a whatsapp number:- +91-[protected] and the parent companies number is +91-[protected].
