[Resolved]  Elite Service — There blackmailed to pay money for data entry job by using agreement

Applied in quickr for job and Elite rep called me and told me about the form Captcha entry. I was promised Rs. 30, 000 if I completed 1200 forms with 90% accuracy and I agreed to the terms and conditions. I finished my work 1 day before the last date of submission. After submitting they didn't contact me even when I tried to message them they didn't respond. And saturday they send me a mail saying that I couldn't complete my work with accuracy hence I should pay the correction payment of Rs 7700. or Penalty charges 6700 Later a person claiming to be advocate called me saying that if I didn't pay the penalty amount they are going to file a case. and told him that I'm moving legally. Later I got a message that a case has been registered at Gujarat court. They are threatening me. Then iam scared so i paid 6700/- i borrow that money by my friend. When I searched internet I came to know about the scam. Hence I'm submitting this complaint. People doing such forgery should be put behind the bars. Please consider this complaint and help me with the same. I'm giving below the details of the advocate who contacted me. Kindly check if such an advocate exists or not
