Hello everyone, because of money problems I was searching for a job and one day I got a call from elite services that if you fill certain amount of forms in a given period of time like within 8 days if you fill 1200 forms you will get 30000 salary in which 6700 will get deducted as your registration fees if I show 90% accuracy. I thought it's a good way to earn income I started doing it day and night and before submission I checked again each and every form and submitted. After that they told I'll receive my QC report in 2 days wheather I have been 90% accurate or not. But when I receive my QC it shows I have failed to achieve 90% accuracy and now I have to pay their maintenance fees. I got a notice from some lawyer that they can file case against me. And now the lawyer called me that if I don't pay money they will put a case against me. I don't know what to do I'm very scared. I don't have anyone to ask for help and for money. Please someone help me. I don't know what to do. I'm a student I have enclosed the notice which I received in my mail. Please resolve my complaint

Before a week or so I uploaded my resume looking for jobs on quikr...
Within a span of 2 hours I got a WhatsApp message offering me a data entry job from a company called ELITE SERVICES of a salary of 30000/- on completion of 1200 forms. I completed the job in a span of 4 to 5 days and I submitted it during the submission the website portal stopped working...And I contacted the customer service and they didn't respond...
Now they are threatening me for breach of agreement and demanding me to pay 9150/- immediately to avoid legal complications...
The legal team in charge is abusive and is using words that comes under verbal abuse and workplace harassment...
They are threatening to ruin my life as I'm just a student...I'm scared please help me.

Hello, My name is Astha Singh. I am from Mumbai. During this lockdown I was searching for a job. So I came across this online job where you have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days which is impossible Snd if I don't complete my work I will have to pay 6500.I still managed to complete my work somehow. I started this work on 16/10/20 and completed it on 23/10/2020. The criteria was to complete the work with 90% accuracy nowhere in the agreement is written that If I submit incomplete work I will not get paid. So while doing my work 2 forms were not working even though I filled and submitted it. So the total pages completed showed 1198. I get a call after 3 days after my submission of work that I have not completed my work with 90% accuracy. I told them to send me a proof. They didn't send me anything, called me after sometime and said that I have not submitted 2 pages. I told them that I have submitted all the pages but the pages completed part never got refreshed. The lady started shouting at me and started talking rudely. And then she only cut the call. So today on 29/10/20 I get a call from Adv. Abhishek Bhandari saying that if I don't pay the balance amount, My family and I will have to pay 1, 80, 000/- Rs as a penalty. They called me again for legal proccedings but when I asked where they were calling from they simply cut the call. I am sure this is a fraud company. They will continue doing this and more people will get harmed. People do jobs to get an experience or get paid. But company like these are making it difficult to trust companies. Please help me out with this problem. The company is from Gujarat.

Hello my self adil shareef from Hyderabad iam also going through same problem like you to pay rs1, 80, 000 in the court of gujrat.
They are Tourchering me and giving threats that if you not paying rs9, 700 Or esle u will be booked against a case and said me that i have to come with my parents to Gujarat court and pay the rs1, 80, 000 .
Say what I have to do iam getting worried and getting tensed through this.
Please help me out with thisðŸ˜”ðŸ˜”ðŸ™ðŸ™
Can u please reply are you going through this now also or esle u have got away from this???

My name is Abhishek Puri . I am from Kushinagar. During this lockdown I was searching for a job. I still managed to complete my work somehow. I started this work on 21/10/20 and completed it on 27/10/2020. So while doing my work 2 forms were not working even though I filled and submitted it. So the total pages completed showed 1198. I get a call after 3 days after my submission of work that I have not completed my work with 90% accuracy. I told them to send me proof but I didn't get reply. So today on 01/11/20 I get a call from Adv. Niraj Gupta saying that if I don't pay the balance amount then I have to pay 1, 55, 000/- Rs as a penalty, but before it I received multiple emails from same company name Elite services. They are demanding for money Rs.6900/- through first email, Rs.8510/- through second email, Rs.10200/- through third email and Rs.35205/- through fourth email. The company is from Gujarat.

They gave me a work to complete in 8 days., N provided me with fraud agreement without any signaure. As i was really in need of money i worked for them n later they started saying that work is wrong n now they are continuously troubling me for money., I have already payed them so much but they are not stopping n continuously increasing their demands. I received WhatsApp message from Mr. Arpit Sharma from Elite Services located at 4th Floor Shantikunj Apt.Nr. newera circle, Dhamlej Veraval Road, Gujarat who got my contact from site of Quikr. Once the formalities was done they called me up to confirm whether you agree but with a condition that you can't talk in between. They provided me with a site of form-cube.com for Form Filling. I was in touch with Riya who was guiding me till my work was to be completed. After that they stopped receiving my calls. Then as expected I waited for Qc report and it turned out that it is fail. In meanwhile, I enquired about company and came out with a result that No such company exists in market. Now, they are troubling me with calls from legal associates for money extortion.

Please help me the elite company bis calling me and saying that if I will not pay the amount then they will file a case on me of froud and then i will have to pay 1, 50, 000 of the notice that they will send to me.
And taking with me in a bad language abusing me.

I had applied for my job in quikr. This company contacted me and I too said okay because I am new to online job . They said to send my aadhar card and additional phone number.they contacted me on 31 October. I too start working.Today I saw about three fraudulant and mailed them to cancel my registration they replied that the concern department will contact you.after few minutes they sent msg in whatsapp to pay 6700 to cancellation.i got afraid and again agreed to work and they are saying that if you want to continue pay 15800 and this is refundable.i said I can't..they are telling that as per agreement you have to pay.please help me out of this company.

I was looking for a job on quikr and then I got a message from this no. In WhatsApp talking about a data entry job which was quite easy and I did all they required... Then when I was submitting it then the website shut down and the person who talked to me also blocked my no. Now they are asking me to pay for breach of contract... Rs.6700 because I didn't submit...the only thing here is that the company has no website or official info and the website I worked on called salary profile didn't work on the day of submission

2 days back I registered myself in quicker for part time home job and soon after that I recieved a call from Elite services with the number [protected] introduces themselves as Alizha khan or something. She told about the work about 1200 pages and she said that they will be providing 25rs per page and it will be of 30000 for 8 days. And they sent me some mail and told me to press agree and I did and later I recieved the agreement copy where it states that I have to pay 6700 if I don't work on time or something like that and all. But today I came across on net that one of the person have filed complain about elite services stating that he has been charged with court notice even after completing and submitting the work. I'm a student and now I'm utterly terrified and frighten regarding this. I don't want to get a notice for what I haven't done please help me through this. I'm begging I don't have money to either pay these frauds. I'm desperately broken and I don't know what to do. I'm left with 6 more days to complete the work but I really don't want to waste my precious time for these fraudsters please please help me with this. I don't know what to do really sometimes I just fear to take away my life due to this fraud games please please help me. I really doesn't want to get any false accusations on me. Please find out these elite services and punish them. Please please.

Actually as soon as I found that the company is fraud i just registered the compalint on consumercomlaints.in onnknline platform after a day I revieved a mail from consumer helpline enquiring about the numbers that I used to recive from the company and they also helped to overcome my fear and anxiety they replied toball my emails and yesterday I recieved a mail saying that my issue has been resolved so that I don't need to be panic also asked me to not worry about those things. That was really encouraging for me.

Elite services are 100 percent fake and fraud
The agreement also fake I collect some agreements means bond papers from this website all are fake with same serial numbers which is not acceptable
So if they black mail pls dont fear and dont get tension pls avoid them they can't do any thing
