8 days online data entry job - image to typing conversion contains 1200 pages salary 30000. But The agreement paper they gave me in Gimail. They are sending me emails and sms and threatening me to pay the penalty And it's is a fake paper Because I have no signature on that paper .And many more false agreements of the serial number of that agreement paper are going to be searched on Google. Kindly help me and please take action against him

I want to bring to your attention the cyber crime i experienced today. Because of the ongoing situation i am having some financial issues due to which i decided to start online work from home types jobs. So i start searching in quikr and got a Whatsapp message from [protected] (they contacted me in[protected] and gave company name as elite services. He said its an easy job and i only need to type Data entry . Which i uploaded while completing the online form and later on they send me a agreement. While searching about company i found this is a fraudulent company and blackmailing people on basis of that agreement. Please advise and help me at the earliest.
I am already going through a tough time because of financial issues. Now i am afraid what if they start blackmailing me and ask me for money. Please help.

I need to notice the cyber crime i have faced today. Because i am having some financial issues due to which i decided to start online work from home types jobs. So i start searching in quikr and got a whatsapp message from a female from the Elite service company and gave company name as elite services. He said its an easy job and i only need to type captchas and will be paid upon completion of the work. For registration they asked me to send an photograph of aadhar card and a extra mobile number. Which i uploaded while completing the online form and later on they send me a agreement. While searching about company i found this is a fraudulent company and blackmailing people on basis of that agreement. Also i am not signed the agreement. They are blackmailing me to pay amount before 2 pm. Otherwise they take action with court and might pay 71000rs .Please advise and help me at the earliest.Now i am afraid what if they start blackmailing me and ask me for money. Please help me immediately.

I received a whatsApp msg from arpit sharma for job. He asked me aadhar card as address proof. I send it. After that I came to know that company was fraud. So I cancelled my work by sending mail to the helpline provided. Then they send me a notice from a lawyer to pay 11600 and then called me and messaging me to pay and sending notice. Pls take action on it.

Actually due to pandemic I am searching for online job which I do only from home. Then I made my id on some sites to find out the job then I found quicker site and this site there is the availability of data entry job in which we have to fill 1200 forms within 8 days. Then I am ready for starting my job. Then I put my no. And email id through this they contacted me . Then they asked for my adhar card picture which I send them. Then suddenly after filling 200 forms I got to know that this is fraud company then I quite my work and I generally told them that I didn't continue my work with this company then they start blackmailing me and they asked for money ₹6700 when I rejected that I didn't give any rs then they said that they will file a case against me. Please file a case against this company bcoz they want to make money by blackmailing others. Please take a strict action against this company and their lawyer also.

I completed the work on 7th day and I recheck all the 1200 forms again.After checking all the forms I submitted to them.After sometime I found that my works are fail. I asked them about the submission fail, he said wait. I waited for long time, he didn't reply and again I ask a question, he said wait. And not reply a word.Now one mam called me and blackmailing me([protected])(true caller name: Dilip Jain)to pay the amount orelse they will file a complaint in my name in a police station. I said her I had the proof of corrected forms. But she is harassing me mentally. Then, they called to my sister number.After attending their calls, I'm not able to concentrate on my studies. Hello Mam, I had applied for Job in Quikr, And I received a message, From a Number Regarding data entry (filling captchas), They had sent me an Agreement regarding the work..After Assigning work, For whatever issues if I contact them, they were not responding and now One advocate called me and threatening me...He is telling they would file a case and all..What is this mam..we being students, are threatened so much..Please resolve the issues..Please Sir/madam

The have give me form filling work of 1200 in 8 days and i have completed the work and the told that my QC is fail and asking for 20000.Please help me how to reslove this problem. tey are giving me threant that thet will take me to the court. Please help me

I have lost all my hard work money as this ELITE SERVICES Company Members told me that you have been given 1200 form and you have to complete within 8 days as I have completed within 6 days after that they said you have to submit your work and within two to 3 days you will get your QC report. After few days I have got QC report again after few days one people from their company called me and told that they are from legal department and they have filed a case against you as per agreement you have to pay 6700 if you failed in QC report . I have told that I will pay but not have any money now give me some time they told that within 10 min you will have to pay or else you have to go to court. And they are asking my ATM CARD Details so that they will deduct money through my card .
Somehow I have adjusted the money and paid it after few minutes they called me and said you will get a verification call from legal department I have said ok.
After few minutes another madam called me and she said she is from NOC legal department and you will have to pay again 13400 for cancel agreement. They called again and again forcing me to pay the money they are harassing me somehow I have adjusted money and paid it it was over
All this was happened on 20th October 2020
On 21st October they called me on morning again and asking money Rs.14000 as for cancel your
agreement, again somehow I have adjusted money and paid it. After few hours again called me and asking Rs. 18000 and telling me if you will not pay they money then they will arrest you and you will in jail. Somehow I have adjusted only 2000 rs and paid it again they are asking money but now I have not paid any money and argued half an hours who are you for asking me money for every time as I have done any crime tell me... They are sending me fake NOC in which no Authority signature is there Fake agreement no authority signature is there.As all these are fake and trapping all people with their fake online data entry services and asking money from them.

So kindly request you to take some action against all these fraud money laundering peoples who are involved in this online Fraud Data entry and please help me to get my hard work money as I have taken from my friends relatives and many more as I have to return their money to them.

Sir I got a call and they told me I will provide you a job and I sent Aadhaar card then they sent me agreement without my signature and I sha fraud agreement without my signature please take action against them they started harrasment

They are not picking up my call as iam not sure if they pay me or not .

I applied in quickr for job and Elite rep called me and told me about the form Captcha entry. I was promised Rs. 30, 000 if I completed 1200 forms with 90% accuracy and I agreed to the terms and conditions. I finished my work 2 days before the last date of submission and did my final submission on[protected] which was the last date for submission. After submitting they didn't contact me even when I tried to message them they didn't respond. And today[protected] they send me a mail saying that I couldn't complete my work with accuracy hence I should pay the penalty of Rs 6700. Luckily I have taken the screenshot of every form that I worked on. Later a person claiming to be advocate called me saying that if I didn't pay the penalty amount they are going to file a case. I told him that I have proof for my work, and told him that I'm moving legally. Later I got a message that a case has been registered at Gujarat court. They are threatening me. When I searched internet I came to know about the scam. Hence I'm submitting this complaint. People doing such forgery should be put behind the bars. Please consider this complaint and help me with the same. I'm giving below the details of the advocate who contacted me. Kindly check if such an advocate exists or not

They provide you work for 8 days even you ask for part time work they will give you 1200 forms to fill in just 8 days it is as equal to full time work+ extra work hours and then they give to QC report after completing of the work in which it will told that you failed to attain 90% accuracy even you checked again and again while doing you work but they will provide you the wrong QC report so that they will not pay you and then they will ask you the money according to their contract and if you google their company's name it will not show any company with this particular address it's a complete fraud please take strick action against them because no company provide job to extract money the genuine company only provide job just to give money please take a strick action against them so they could not do the fraud with other people.

On 14th October I received a message in WhatsApp from avni Singh (+[protected] about a form filling job that I have to complete 1200 forms in 7 days and salary would be 1200×25 = 30, 000 rupees. And they'll cut the registration fees 6700 rupees from my salary. I was happy that, I needed work and now I can earn money. They called me and told me to verify myself to someone from the company . She also told me to say yes to every question on the verification call. I read the agreement details, I thought it is genuine so I agreed with them and they send me an email with license agreement. After I completed the work, I rechecked the work twice as I completed it before 8 days. I was sure of atleast 90% was right. I submitted the work and they told me to wait for 3-4 days for QC report (Quality Check). But next day message came that my QC Report is Fail. I have proof that all forms were right but they did something wrong. Then on 24th October, a number called me named Aditi trivedi (+[protected] who told me that she is from correction department and as I have not done many mistakes, the company is giving me a chance to get the salary by paying them 5950/- rupees . So they'll do correction in my work and I'll get the salary amount . I didn't believed them . I checked the website where I did the form filling and there was showing ASCII CODE of the work and where I was wrong. So I get convinced and paid them 5950/- rupees. They told me, after 1 hour I'll get the salary. No salary came. I contacted them, they didn't reply me. Yesterday (26th October) Aditi trivedi contacted me and told me that I have to get NOC certificate from them to get the salary . A call came from NOC department named DISHA TYAGI ([protected]). She told me If I want to continue with the agreement, than I have to pay advance of 13, 400 rupees and if I want to cancel the agreement, I have to pay 6700+3500 rupees . Then I'll get my salary.
I told them, if they give me the salary I'll pay them with it . But all they did was giving excuses about NOC Certificate and other things. After that, an email came with legal notice that was fake. But today (27th October) another email came from ADVOCATE MINHAZ that I have to pay the company(Elite services) 6700+3500 rupees or they will file a case against me. I was very scared and I don't have any money to pay them. I googled with the name of Adv. Minhaz and saw that many complaints are filed against this fraud advocate. I lost my 5950 rupees but I don't want anyone to loose anymore. Please take some action against this people.

I have got a call provided for online home fulltime work with 8days of timelimit for each work and for each work they provide 1200 pages to be completed within 8 days if one day exceed it leads yo penalty and in quality checking process they shown me as fail QC so that I have to pay 6700rs as their penalty based on the initial agreement they asked and i have accepted it without goingthrough thorughly and moreover i have submitted within 8days of time correctly and then they said that your QC has been failed ..i have no idea what to do..then i have got ohone call threatening that they have registered FIR against me and needed the money within 5mins after there call...then i have provided there number to ny advocate and once he started to spoke they cut off the call and been silent for 2 days..then again sent email that they have send an pdf through email containing case filed on me with there seal..and more over i have not provided any attested signature scanned they have just typed out and frequently i am getting such threaths ..so kindly take necessary action on my request. I have search in google about the cedentials of the company..many of the people are with the same problem facing with this fraid company

Basically I applied for some job on Quiker...they call me for job..for data entry..provided 1200 forms with 90% accuracy and promise me to give 30, 000 sallery.in 8 days I submitted my work then after 2 days.my qc report coming...and it say failed...I called that man but he won't receive..and then after 2 days...1 advocate called me...and started arguing with me for penalty...and telling me sort out the matter outside cort..otherwise we will charge ipc 73-74-75...but I'm told him that take actions...I have screen shot...then he souting on me and telling I will fir on you..you have to come gujrat with your father to pay rs 1, 84, 000
