Eliton Infra Developers — scam fake bogus fraud company

This so called real estate and hospitality service company called ELITON INFRA DEVELOPERS is a Big Big Fraud Company. My parents were a victim to their fradulous offer.

They meet you at a petrol bunk and give you some coupon for a free gift when attended to their meeting for couples only. They take your contact details and keep calling you continuously till we confirm their meeting.

When my parents attended their meeting, they wasted 4-5 hours of our time. They put a loud music and a person representing their company will be sitting in front of you and hypnotising you without your knowledge.

They then explain their offer which says that they are allotting us a plot of 110 sq. Yds. somewhere away from Yadagirigutta temple, usage of specified banquet halls, free hotel stay for 3 days and 2 nights once in a lifetime and some event passes for 2, 75, 000 rupees. We could hardly hear them properly in the loud music being played. They focus and stress more on their offer by not revealing their terms and conditions and that's where we got trapped.

They made so many false promises which are not put on paper but they have mentioned terms and conditions where in we have to pay more money to the company for using any of their offers in the name of GST and AMC. Also they mentioned in the papers that the money paid is non refundable. All these things were not discussed to my parents and they didn't give you enough time to go through the documents, nor they show you the site, nor they explain you their terms and conditions.

When they finish explaining, they forced us to make the payment at that moment only as they said that if we go out, we cannot be eligible for that offer again. As they didn't had money, I had to transfer 25% of the 2, 75, 000 rupees online.

After going through their documents carefully, we realized that nothing is free in the offer as they claimed, and its more cheaper if we go without their offer. Also I read that earlier this company has a different name called GLOBAL TAJ PRIDE DEVELOPERS and now they changed to ELITON INFRA DEVELOPERS.

They have no information on their website too and they just pasted some international holiday photos which doesn't give you any information and it's just for name sake. They claim to be a five year old company but they still have a fake website in the name of www.elitoninfradevelopers.com. The meeting place was held at ABIDS, G Pulla Reddy Building on the Nampally Station Road and they claim to have their so called head office at HYDERGUDA opposite to D-MART, Old MLA QUARTERS. I was shocked to see their head office, they are operating from a residential home without even a sign board showing the company name, all the rooms are made into partitions and one table and couple of chairs were kept in those small partitioned rooms which had door. I could see the name of their company only inside this partitioned space on the wall. One lady was sitting in the chair with only a telephone in front of her, so called receptionist without any company name or logo. She took inside a partitioned space and made us to wait as there was nobody in the office except her. She called some person and after 30 minutes he came to attend us. I asked him to explain the scheme once again to me and he said in one minute that they are giving plot and banquet halls and medical facility. But they wasted 5 hours of our time in the meeting. I told we want to cancel your offer, he told that he'll mail to his Managing Director Shaikh Salauddin in Dubai to get approval, he asked for couple of days to get back to us, I called him in between to remind him and I called him again to know the status after a week. He said he has not received any response yet, whereas it takes less than 10 minutes to respond to an email. Its been more than three weeks now, still I didn't received his call nor he is answering my calls. Such is their customer service, a pathetic one. They are not answering my calls and not refunding our money.

Be careful and spread awareness to prevent innocent people from being trapped in this fraud company.
